I have noticed that there are thousands of ways to get and stay healthy. Can you imagine Health Tips that are not overly complicated and don’t break the Bank? As I have grown older I have seen my friends getting diseases and losing their health. I am very motivated to find out as much health and anti-aging information as possible. I am always looking for Health Tips Today that make sense and are cheap. You could spend a fortune but you don’t need to. Lets keep it simple is my motto for great Health Tips.

DHA or Omega 3 is derived from fish oils or plant seeds and can be a real boost to your immune system and help prevent heart and other diseases. Many people have stomach and digestive system problems, especially as they age. Probiotics are the good bugs that help you digest and process your food. Don’t forget to include both kinds of bran fiber (soluble and insoluble) with the Probiotics and your tummy with thank you over the years.
Keep your weight under control
This is a big problem today because so many people put in more calories than they burn. The best plan is simple, get more exercise and watch what you eat. For many people that is not easy. A popular TV doctor has introduced a new product. He talked about Forskolin on his show and how it burns fat. He was joined by a Doctor from the Cleveland clinic. Forskolin is a chemical found in the roots of the plant Plectranthus barbatus (Coleus Forskohlii). It has been used for disorders such as high blood pressure, chest pain, asthma, eczema, psoriasis, obesity, irritable bowel syndrome, urinary tract infections, blood clots, glaucoma, and advanced cancer.
